5 tips to kick-start your study

Registering for a qualification can be daunting, particularly when you plan to study while working. Feeling overwhelmed or uncertain is completely normal. However, the key to success is to stay organised and manage your time efficiently. This not only reduces stress but also prepares you for the upcoming months.

Whether you’re used to sitting exams or you’ve just returned to education after a long break, the following tips will help you make the best start to your study and achieve success.


1. Make a study plan

Creating a study plan is essential to ensure you cover all the necessary material and manage your time effectively. Don't delay in starting your plan, as it will help you fit studying around your busy schedule. Be sure to highlight key dates in your study plan, such as when mid-semester assessments will take place (if you're sitting modules CIP-06, CIP-07 or CIP-08).
